Grilled chicken skewers

Ingredients

red pepper cut into squares
yellow pepper cut into squares
green pepper cut into 1 inch cubes
1 red onion, cut into small pieces
4 chicken breasts, cut into 1 cube
a glass of pineapple cut into small pieces
1 a glass of low-fat ordinary Cham Hui milk
1 / 2 a glass of pineapple juice

1 / 2 a cup of soy sauce
1 / 3 a glass of mayonnaise
1 a teaspoon of sweet pepper
1 a teaspoon of black pepper
1 a teaspoon of salt
2-4 chopped garlic cloves

Method

Combine the ingredients for the sauce: yogurt, juice, soy sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, spices. Divide the sauce into two groups and use the first half to marinate the chicken pieces for at least an hour in the refrigerator
Put the chicken on skewers with pepper, red onion, pineapple pieces
Grill for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Serve with sauce
